Fresh Fishcakes Cheekyricho-style

INGREDIENTS:
450g potato
420g boneless fish fillets
100g onion
1 spring onion
small bunch of parsley
10g fish sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
panko breadcrumbs
oil for frying
