Sole Masala Curry

An absolutely delicious curry with very simple ingredients and cooking method.

1 kg thick, boneless Sole (cut in 2 inch cubes)
3 medium size onions about 250 gm (cut in slices)
2 medium size tomatoes chopped
2 to 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish
4 green chilies for garnish
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
4 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp plain flour
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp crushed red chili pepper flakes
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp lemon juice
