Here is a recipe presented slightly differently – no speaking, just music from Creedance Clearwater Revival!
The recipe uses Smoked Haddock, Sea Bass and Salmon. By all means ring the changes using a smoked fish with two or three others. Also, you do not need to gut and fillet a fish as shown in the recipe, we will do that in the shop for you!

5 Potatoes
20g Flour
3 Eggs + 2 Egg Yolks
Bunch Of Fresh Parsley
Fish Stock
Milk
