Crab Cakes
Whip up delicious ginger and coriander-tinged crab cakes when you’re pressed for time.

Crab meat is usually available in the shop in handy containers. You can also vary the recipe with using different fish or a combination of fish. Increase the ginger and chilli slightly for a bit more zing!

Makes an excellent starter and can be made the day before.
