Fish cakes are amazing done right. I stumbled upon this simple recipe that is fool proof!!
Served with some nice lemon slices, this is a beaut.
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes for mashing
1 Tbs butter
450g smoked fish/tuna or any cooked fish
1 large handful of parsley
zest of 1 lemon
3 Tbs flour
salt and pepper
1 egg
Fresh breadcrumbs
