Crabs Claws with Garlic and Chilli

Crab ClawsCrab claws are naturally sweet and have quite a robust flavour which isn’t overpowered by the garlic & chilli in this dish. Brown crabs are plentiful along the Irish coast and the fishermen only take one claw allowing the crab to feed itself while the other one amazingly grows back.
